We've had some really busy Saturdays lately. We have swimming lessons in the morning and a birthday party or baby shower in the afternoon for 3 weeks in row! On Mother's Day weekend, we went over to Gigi and Granddaddy's on Saturday for dinner. We decided to let the boys drive their 4-wheeler cars down to one of the lakes. Daddy brought his fishing poles and the boys got to fish for the first time from the dock. We didn't catch any fish, but we had fun watching the turtles and ducks.
On Sunday we had a nice and relaxing day. The boys helped Daddy make me an amazing book with special decorated pages. Daddy also cooked a delicious dinner, he also did all the dishes! We went by Grandma and Grandpa's earlier in the day to visit. It was a perfect weekend!

Easter 2011
Easter Morning, the boys woke up to special treats left by the Easter Bunny. Although this year, we did not mention his name very much, due to Jake's new fear of him. We also read the Easter Story from their Children's Bible Stories book and enjoyed a big breakfast.
We had an egg hunt with Blake and Benjamin. This was the first one that Jake participated in without any tears or worries of the Big Bunny showing up.

We went over to Grandma and Grandpa's for dinner. Gigi and Granddaddy joined us, what a treat for the boys to have both sets of Grandparents at one time!
